I don't think that is true (yet). I am supposed to fly back to the US from Korea this weekend so I have been trying to stay up to speed on any mandatory quarantine of similar travel bans. Right now it looks like the only ban is for people coming from the infected area in China. Some Asian countries have instituted mandatory quarantine for people from the infected area of Korea but only Taiwan seems to have an outright quarantine for anyone from Korea. My guess is my flight will get cancelled but we will see.
