I hate to say it, but one good win does not a great team make.  I want to see the Cougs take PU apart and play inspired basketball in the WCC tourney before even thinking about the NCAA tourney.  Pepperdine is going to want to take the Cougs down.  SMC and GU are going to want to take the Cougs out of the tourney...... there is lots to do even before thinking about the NCAA tourney.
