China's economy is pretty crippled right now and recovery may take a while. It has already impacted Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, auto sales in China, etc.. Other companies will follow. It is hard to know how big of an impact it will have on the world and US economies. China is pretty much screwed.
Other countries like, S Korea, India, Africa, S America, and Mexico could be hit hard as well. They don't have the healthcare or infrastructure to limit the spreading. We aren't hearing about cases in India and Africa right now because they don't have the ability to test.
