My tenant at my rental property in Utah is a licensed plumber, and I have several small improvements that I'd like taken care of (roughing in a laundry sink for example). Has anyone had any experience with that?

I'm wondering if I should give a credit against rent, just have him bill me and pay it, or something else. I'm thinking about tax implications and anything else that I should consider. TIA
