There should be a difference between intentional/egregious and incidental.
Right now dudes are being thrown out for typical football plays.
Also, they should just mandate that all tackles have to be "wrap up" tackles. That would eliminate balling up and launching at knees, heads, etc. If you have to wrap up, there is way less chance of going head to head in a bad way.
