into place in January and Dems lambasted him about it and even recently passed legislation  in the House to limit his ability to institute travel bans claiming xenophobia.  He took action very early on and as Cougarbib so rightly pointed out, Trump's administration has done more in the early weeks than Joe and Barak did the whole time for H1N1 by increasing the funding of the CDC far above what Obama ever did.  He closed one non-productive part of  the CDC and greatly increased funding in the areas that was vital and important but all you hear is the corrupt media claim all he did was cut the CDC.  Democrate leaders and their handlers in the media are all sick in the head.  They are truly evil.
