Yeah I'm in the reality where this thing is already all over America.
There are probably 50-100k people infected right now. There's no reason to "track the spread." you treat people where they need treatment. There is no need to even know if they have this virus because there is no specialized treatment. Once there is, then we need to test people being treated.
