You don't want to honor the contract you signed. You think the Landlords
should voluntarily give up their right to your payment. I guessed at why they should pay for it in any form, assuming you think that they are rich. Looks like you have some other reasoning why they should give it up. Should my mortgage holder volunteer to waive my mortgage payment if I lose my job because of this crisis? How about free groceries?

I also didn't notice you suggesting that their mortgage holder, maintenance staff, electrical supplier, etc. should also take a pay cut so that you don't have to pay your rent like you agreed in your contract. Whatever you call it, or whatever reason you are motivated, you want something for nothing because you are having a difficult circumstance.

Life is hard and it isn't free, even when tough times come. Time to man up and honor your contract without all of the whining. Here is a similar opinion.
