OK. I understand. I can't do much more than write exactly what I mean.
Unfortunately I can't rebut your imagination, so if that is what you thought, I won't change your mind because you aren't interested in what the post was about, particularly given the extension of intent that is completely imagined by you, but not written by me.
I feel pretty calm. I must have misunderstood your post when I started to say calm down, because it seemed to fly off of the handle. Lots of writing in all caps and imagining all kinds of things never seems very calm to me. I keep trying to explain. When people do a lot of writing in ALL CAPS it seems to me that they are SCREAMING. Take a look here:

Landlords have mortgages, sometimes huge mortgages, that they have taken out to provide that housing. Hence contracts.
