Don't give me that condescending crap dude. You mentioned a compromise without

any details this morning, not just within the last hour. Your suggestion here gives nothing to the landlords and every benefit to the students. Students get out of their contractual obligation, but the landlords get nothing. Their apartments would already be full next school year when normal school schedules resume.
