Need workout plan for at home workouts.
I was working out 5-6 times a week at the gym and was training for another Spartan in San Diego but it has now been canceled.

Background: type 1 diabetic and severe brachial plexus injury in left arm from motorcycle accident. My Tricep is at 90-100%. Bicep and deltoid not so much. I can lift my arm up to my chest and flex my bicep with palm facing down.

So working out and exercising is extremely important for my health.

I’m now doing push-ups, planks, burpees and running. You guys doing anything else to help hit all the muscle groups?

I fear I’m going to get out of shape working from home and not going to the gym.
