Another lawsuit filed against China. This one by a law firm in Las Vegas that has made big hits on prior cases
but I can't see how a case like this serves any purpose other than publicity. The likelihood of proving a case like this and then obtaining an enforceable judgment seems remote and difficult to see through to a viable ending.
