It is a country of 50 million people. Of course they haven’t caught everyone.
I suppose to could examine how many tested vs how many positives and extrapolate an estimation for the entire population. Wouldn’t be without flaws, but it might give you a better idea.

Especially since they were testing 10,000 people a day, regardless of symptoms. It actually might give you a better read on the “true” death rate.
