I don’t think anyone’s contended at any point that it’s not contagious
In fact, it’s highly contagious. Nobody on either side has disputed that, that I’ve seen.
To 777’s point, I think this spread from China and throughout the US much more quickly than we’re pretending. There’s no way this took months to get here from China if it’s as contagious as believed, and then took weeks to go from major city to major city within the US.
