AlI else being equal environmental factors / weather lowers the Ro that's all, I dont think there is any debate that more UV and hot surfaces, and high humid air temps hurt this virus (which is consistent with other virus) but those factors by themselves won't stop the spread just help slow it, and by how much compared to other virus is up for debate.
