1. Announced April raises for US workers have been delayed to some future date.
2. Overtime where possible should be reduced or eliminated.
These seem pretty measured steps. If this is enough for now to stave off layoffs, I'm all for it.
The company also restated its priorities. The order may seem unlikely, but they are a relatively sincere management team.
1. Protecting the health and welfare of our employees and the well-being of our families;
2. Ensuring business continuity for our customers and our suppliers; and,
3. Sustaining the health of our business.
