been cancelled and they are issuing a full refund.
It was a longish email explaining their policy with regards to COVID, that they had been informed that the hotel we were staying had cancelled all reservations, so we wouldn't be able to stay there. They apologized for any inconvenience, etc. Basically, the email was everything you would expect from a company in this situation.
Problem is, the trip was 2 weeks ago when we went to Vegas for the WCC tournament. The email was full of sentences similar to "Your upcoming reservation, for March 10th 2020, has been cancelled."
So, I guess our last night in Vegas turned out to be free. Thanks Hotwire!
