Oh, come on. It is being "walked back". When you make sensational predictions
like he did and then say "nevermind" a few days later then you are "walking it back". Which, I hasten to add, is not a bad thing. He was honest enough to reassess his data and revise his predictions accordingly.
But it's yet another data point supporting my contention that NO ONE really knows what is going to happen; everyone is just guessing based on their models, assumptions, and political leanings. Everyone is going to end up with a little egg on their faces when this is all said and done.
