1 thing I’ve learned about hand washing the last couple of weeks: if you turn the water off while you scrub, it makes
Reaching 20 seconds much easier.
I guess the running water makes me feel like I’m on the clock or something. I have to wash fast so I can finish and turn the water off.
But with it off, that feeling is gone. No pressure to go quickly. Simple change. I might be the only person that didn’t know this, but I thought I’d share.
