This is slowing down COVID. And the past few days the market sees that COVID is slowing, and is reacting favorably. So I see the current course as working in terms of health and the economy. Of course I realize that the stimulus passed in the past day. But let's be realistic on that--the market had already factored in a 2 billion dollar package by last week.
