They leveled off only 9 days from their quarantine

Measures don't even show at all in the death data for 2 weeks because those who die are on ventilators for so long. This cycle is repeating itself even in countries that started their measures way late in the process or not much at all (Iran). The growth slows before the peak as well. The exponential growth only lasts about 2-1/2 weeks past the first count of 10 deaths in a country.
