I agree the headlines got it wrong. But at a minimum, I still don't understand
how he is now saying that deaths are likely "20K or far less" after increasing his R0 factor something "above 3%".
Also, after watching Ferguson's parliamentary committee testimony and other videos I've seen, I have even less confidence in the dude. Let's just say he doesn't present as someone that we should be placing a ton of confidence in.
