I think it's a good way for them to go. He was able to bring in a few good players because of who he is (Toolson, Lowell, etc.) and a few more that had academic issues other places and really relied on transfers to strengthen his team.

To a lesser extent he's doing the same thing at BYU now. It's more difficult to get transfers here but his goal is for the team to stay as old as possible. Meaning he wants to have as many Juniors and Seniors on the team as possible every year. That only happens with transfers.
