What i’ve learned over the years as a rare disease doctor is that no delay is needed to launch a trial for a new disease or disorder- what is criminal is NOT to collect the data on every single person who receives it! Otherwise we end up with under-reported toxicities and over-exaggerated benefits....

In other words first you need some data before you jump the gun...
