I bought a Nest Hello Doorbell. Had it shipped from Best Buy. Today I decide to install and apparently it isn’t very compatible with Nicor home doorbell that was installed by the builder.

Anyone smarter than me (which is most) know what I’m talking about or encountered this before?

I am Uber frustrated right now.

Also I’m not smart and not good at this stuff.
