I’m kinda nervous about it. It’s kinda supposed to be the “forever” house. I guess the consolation is that I sold my last home when the market was extremely hot. And I bought the last home in 2009 when it was low. I’m wondering if I’m buying at the beginning of a downturn in the market. So hard to predict these things.
