Wife and I were just driving around and took the back road by AF front runner.

They had some temporary traffic signals on the road by the front runner station.

While we were waiting at the signal saw a Asian guy in the irrigation canal digging and cutting out some greens and putting them in couple of takeout plastic bags.

He walks in front of us, gets in his green Acura, flips around and is waiting a few cars behind us at the temporary light.

Seemed suspicious and total racial profiling I asked my wife “ What is he works at a restaurant because of those take out bags?”

Anyway, we proceed and not having anything else to do I was like “ I hope it’s not East Moon Bistro” as it’s our favorite Thai place in Lehi.

I decided to follow him just to make sure he doesn’t go to East Moon Bistro.

I actually was in front of him and we go down the road by Maceys/Blender Bottle/KFC in Lehi. At that point I was thinking - I’m only going to see if it’s Teppanyaki, Sabadee, Tokyo or East Moon.

He went to turn left on Lehi Main st. I went through the light and flipped around at Lehi Roller Mills.

I now was 4-5 cars behind him. At this point I’m only going as far as East Moon and Tokyo. We couldn’t see that far ahead and noticed he didn’t pull into East Moon or Tokyo ....

But then we saw him park, get out with his bags and go into Rice King Express in Lehi.

Granted I don’t know if he’s going to use the stuff he dug out of the canal for his own dinner, feed pets or what he’s doing with it, but just wanted to give a heads up about it.
