To much junk in those bars. Eggs are good but after a workout you want a protein that is absorbed quickly, like a whey protein. There are tons of good protein supplements. When I am am trying to build muscle I use a weight gainer that has protein and carbs but you need to be working out hard or you can gain bad weight. A regular whey protein should be fine. Eating multiple meals throughout the day is good. High protein stuff.
For energy there are pre-workout supplements but they are usually just a blast of caffeine so I stay away from those. Creatine is good also but you need to drink lots of water
