I’m lazy. Pellet is just easier and less cleanup. I can’t tell the difference

Get a Yoder with grill grates. Can do pizza, sear steaks, etc. Super easy.

I’ve had a Traeger for 9+ years and love it. For pizzas you should look in to an Ooni pizza oven. My wife gave me one
