Work from home but it’s going to be clunky, less efficient, and my team hasn’t wanted to work from home. (When we have talked to each person privately and offered the option none wanted to do it)

We dont have clients come to the office, it’s just our team of 11 people there. But with cv19 numbers growing I’m thinking it may be time to have everybody start working from home.

Have you moved people to working from home? If not, are you leaning toward doing so or holding tight until directed to?
