I posted on this last night, so a bit of a repost. Question about medical systems being overrun:
Do we have a sense of how much worse Italy's situation has become because of the over-loaded medical system? In other words, if Italy's medical system was robust and had plenty of capacity, how many deaths would have been avoided in Italy?

Medical systems being over-run is the nightmare scenario we are all trying our best to avoid, and the main reason for the shelter in place orders. Fingers crossed we can do it.
