Need help with an Ebay/refund problem.
I ordered something on Ebay a month ago and the shipping said it would be here in under a week. Well two weeks passed and the shipping status was still (label created not yet in system) so I sent a message to the seller asking what was up. I didn't receive a response. So 1 week later I opened a case asking for a refund which eventually was granted. Now 1.5 weeks after the case was closed I got the product. So what do I do now? Do I talk to Ebay saying I got it and reverse the refund (if possible), do I send money directly to the seller somehow. I'm confused on how to go about this.
