Remember this isn't about stamping out the virus (That ship sailed with China activity suppressing information in 2019). It's also not about minimizing the number of infections. It's about making sure we don't experience a spike in cases that overwhelms our health infrastructure. If IMC is sitting there at far below capacity for the entirety of 2 months and restaurants and businesses are still closed 2 months from now, then we overreacted and people should be angry at Utah's government for letting them down.
