ER, OR, ICU, etc. We are the only ones with that job. That keeps everyone else in the hospital free and clear of the most dangerous procedures in these guys. We figured it was better this way as it is easier for us to get good at donning and doffing PPE and PAPRs than it is to expect whole other departments to learn it and do it well. It also concentrates the risk in fewer people.
