Our hospital gave us a stipend and let us bill all procedures after 7pm. Our

team is being asked to place arterial lines and central lines if possible in all intubated patients. Recently we've had 2-3 intubations overnight and 1-2 during the day. Not all are COVID positive or rule out patients thankfully, but we're still using full PPE for all.
