monitor was brand new out of the box.

Next day, wouldn't turn on. Tried multiple plugs, jiggled the power cord, tried power cycling and holding the power button. No red or blue light in the corner whatsoever. Figured it was a bad power cord.

monitor sat unused for 2 days on my desk and I'm just using the laptop screen.
