chilango Intervention Needed
The kilt didn’t exist in the 13th century, when William Wallace lived. Scots
started wearing them almost 300 years later, in the 16th century. SMH at Mel Gibson and Braveheart — couldn’t they have done a little historical research before designing the wardrobes?

“The kilt first appeared as the great kilt, the breacan or belted plaid, during the 16th century, and is Gaelic in origin.”
