every year going forward...when COVID-19 circles back around next time...OR when the next unknown virus pops-up? Or will the lessons learned after this be enough to make whatever changes/preparations are necessary to ensure we NEVER have to do this again?

THAT...is the biggest question I would like the answer to. I'm not sure in all the media briefings or talking head interviews and Q&A sessions I've heard since this started - and that is a LOT - that I've heard any reporter ask this specific question. Anyone here heard this question asked/answered?
