We spent yesterday on the ice. It was about 20-24 inches. No problem getting on it either. We had to pay $12 to park at the Marina but they were open and roads were cleared all the way to the Marina (thus, the large charge). We spent almost all day on the ice and caught about 25 (I lost count) cutthroats. Most of them fell in that range of 15"-22". I was chasing Kokanee but didn't catch any. There were a few other fishermen out on the ice but we all stayed comfortably 300 yards or more apart from each other. The fishing was hot in the morning on a pink jig. Later in the day the white glow jigs were hitting. We caught our largest one of the day on a green spotted jig. All were tipped with wax worms and Mike's shrimp scented oil. Great fun!
