It's funny LA now cares about disease. They didn't care when the 30k homeless
were spreading Typhoid, Typhus, and tuberculosis. Some doctors didn't almost didn't believe it when people started testing positive for Typhus because no one had actually seen a case of it before. It was thought to be a medieval disease.

Instead of cleaning up the streets, they loosened the criminal laws, and refuse to enforce public nuisance laws. The result has been a spike in crime, public defecation, and drug use. It's a joke that they now care about disease spreading when they haven't cared at all about it before.
