I would be interesting to see what would happen.. but in reality nearly all of the money to corporations are just
loans. There are some grants... but it's mostly just loans.
So, we can't say the stimulus was $2.2T which means we could have given every person $6,700 instead. Much of the $2.2T will come back to the government with interest.
I'm not sure exactly how much is "free money" vs loans... but...
