Coach's Dad All-American
My dad had double pneumonia but was incorrectly treated for tb. After a while
the doctor was really confused because he wasn’t getting better. So he ordered a biopsy of his lung. Simple procedure.

When they did the biopsy they punctured his lung and he died right there.

Another interesting thing about his case is that he had kidney transplant when he was younger and the anti rejection drugs made him more susceptible to disease and infection.

In his case what was the cause of death? I actually don’t know. The doctors claimed his lungs were really bad and he would only have had a few weeks left anyway. If true, was the biopsy really the cause of death since a routine biopsy wouldn’t have killed him if he didn’t have the lung issue?

Same thing could apply to Covid and underlying conditions.
