Wow! What a game!! I've never seen the game since I was on my mission then.
Several observations:
1.) If it wern't for stupid special teams play, BYU would have killed Utah. Utah was not that good of a team but made it a game due to ST.
2.) Refs were HORRIBLE. Terrible phatom flags on PI against BYU and obvious block in the back or PI on Utah were never called.
3.) Kyle Whittingham has such a punchable face. (Maybe this should be #1?)
4.) DOINK!!!! I loved McBride's reaction thinking it went in............and then realizing it didn't. Hilarious!!!
5.) Rob Morris and Ronnie Jenkins are bad*&# men. (Ronnie got absolutely trucked by a UT LB however during this game
6.) Was Kevin Feterick hated by his teammates? I've already heard rumors he wasn't well liked. True????
7.) BYU players seemed to play with so much more swagger and anger back then. The game has changed for sure (especially our offense now)
Anybody have anything else to add that attended that game? Curious to know and I'm sick of reading about COVID19 crap all day
