Will never listen? I am sick of it. Not to brag, but just to be honest about it, when I am in a room I am almost always the person who has done the most research on the topic at hand and usually has the best ideas. I admit I have flaws, but I have kind of an innate sense about stuff so that even if I haven't done the research I can usually tell what the right answer should be.

But the world is chock full of people who think they know everything and have a hard time shutting up while I explain the answer to them. Sometimes in work meetings I will give a great idea, and then some moron will pipe up with a different idea. And I guarantee you that the ones who always think they have great ideas when they don't are the ones least likely to take correction well.

It is unfortunate, but my boss is like that (I think most of the bosses I have ever had are kind of like this). The dude does not know how to just shut up. He just talks and talks and talks. And always thinks he has the right answers. Never listens to my ideas. Sometimes when I am in his office talking to him about an idea I had that my moron co-workers don't like, he literally interrupts and asks me to leave.

And don't even get me started on my ex-wife. Terrible listener.
