Mortgage Lenders: If the VA database says "HUD Accepted," but not "Accepted
without Conditions," what does that mean?
I have a VA borrower trying to buy a place in a condo community that shows up in the VA DB, but says "HUD Accepted."
Why would something be approved for HUD but not VA?
