To start giving some indication of what kinds of metrics/milestones we need to hit in terms of decreases in cases or deaths or hospital resource usage in order to start unwinding shelter-in-place orders? It seems to me that, if we knew what the "goals" were, businesses could follow trends and plan more effectively, and the general public could gain some confidence in things going back to normal. I would think that long before now elected officials should have started crafting exit strategies for these shutdowns, and assuming that's the case, I think it would be of enormous social benefit to make them public.
