Biggest issue is I don't know what I'll be able to do next week

It seems that every week we get more restrictions. That uncertainty is terrible for many peoples mental health. I can't plan on anything. I agree with the premise not to be obsessive, but I can't just ignore what is going on because I have literally nothing in my life right now besides work, meals, a walk, and the internet.
