Not loving the approach to PPP by Chase: enter your name online, we'll contact u
They have an online form to fill out with your name, and just a bit of basic business info. But when you click the button to advance to the next screen you get a message that Chase will follow up with you and not to send them any reports, applications, forms, etc.

So.....rather than being able to submit anything online we just wait and hope Chase reaches out to us and that we happen to be at the phone number we entered? In my case I entered my biz phone number, but if I would have known they would be reaching out I'd have given them my cell number so that they they could call anytime....it isnt like our biz phone is answered on the weekends, and since we are in mandatory quarantine it isnt like somebody is even there to answer every possible inbound call that just might be Chase.)

Yeah.......not feeling real optimistic about Chase and getting an application submitted in any sort of urgent timeframe that people seem to think is necessary. Hopefully I'm wrong........it will really suck if some of you are getting approvals and we're still waiting for Chase to call us. (they're not answering their phones today it appears, every call has gone to voicemail)
