It seems to me the government doesn't want good data
They don't want to know the actual spread of the virus
They don't want to know who may already be exposed to it
They don't want to know the identity of infectious diseases currently circulating - 5 out of 6 people claiming to be sick DON'T test positive for COVID, what else is making them sick?
But government does want to shut down the economy and crush civil liberties.
