Lol yes and no. They do like to be underfoot and close to their human but they
Aren’t maliciously trying to make you trip. They just want to be close to you, and don’t realize getting too close causes you to trip.
I’ve had many a dog at work lay right behind my feet while I’m working on another dog. I have to be careful to check where a dog is before moving so I don’t trip on them.
